- We collect your mobile phone number only when you voluntarily provide it — by initiating a chat on a website using our platform, calling our business phone number, submitting a contact form, or texting a keyword (e.g., "START") to our number.
- Your phone number and any SMS opt-in consent data will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
- Mobile opt-in consent information (including records of how and when you opted in) will not be shared with or sold to any third parties or affiliates under any circumstances.
- SMS messages we send are limited to transactional and informational purposes directly related to your interaction with our Services, including but not limited to: appointment confirmations and reminders, chat follow-up notifications, human escalation alerts, and inquiry updates.
- Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our Services.
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
- You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us.
- You may request help at any time by replying HELP to any message you receive from us.
4. How We Share Your Information

- Service Providers: We use trusted third-party vendors to help operate our Services, including cloud hosting (AWS), AI processing (Anthropic, OpenAI), telephony (Twilio), scheduling (Cal.com), and payment processing (Stripe). - Business Clients: If you interact with our AI assistant on a business client's website, the client (tenant) who deployed the assistant may have access to your conversation data and contact information for the purpose of serving your inquiry. Each client's own privacy policy may also apply.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of RPR Tech, our users, or others.

To reiterate: All categories of information described above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.
