ddash™ platform

Real-time contact center command.

The core of what we do: live, visual command of the system your business actually runs on — every call, every agent, every queue, every routing path, the moment it happens. Built on the calling platform you already use.

ddash observes and controls through official APIs and webhooks. Your platform handles telephony; ddash handles visibility. Agents keep their native client. Nothing to install.

You upgraded the phones. Your operators lost the board.

Built for companies that moved to cloud calling — Dialpad first — and miss the operator experience they had on legacy PBX switchboards: the Fonality, Sangoma/FreePBX, and ShoreTel-era attendant consoles where every call was visible and every transfer was one motion.

The routing got better. The visibility got worse. ddash closes that gap — and then improves on what you had.

Six modules. One live board.

Everything happening on your phones, made visible — and controllable — from the browser.

The operator's board

Switchboard

Live call tiles for every active call. Drag-and-drop transfer to any person, department, or queue. One-touch hold with visible retrieval. Full company directory with live presence, quick-transfer favorites, and an embedded dialer. Every operator sizes their own layout — draggable panes, persisted per browser, light and dark themes.

The wallboard

Circuit

Real-time agent status across your contact centers, on any screen: who's on duty, who's on a call, who's wrapped. Team-lead auto-activation, per-contact-center display toggles, and a live coverage timeline so supervisors see staffing gaps at a glance.

The routing view

Trunk

A visual map of your actual call flow: every office, department, contact center, and phone number, and how calls move between them. Your dial plan, finally on one screen.

History & administration

Central

Call Journey tracing across every leg a call touched. Audit logs and a minute-by-minute Coverage timeline of staffing versus call volume — an expanding capability set. Plus company directory, phone finder, and contact sync.

Always-on displays

TV

A dedicated wallboard route with built-in keep-alive, for the lobby and floor screens where the work actually happens.

Add-on · The bridge, rebuilt

Conference Rooms

Persistent audio conference rooms with dial-in access, PIN and leader gating, hold music, and join/leave tones — with full operator control from the Switchboard: drag any live call or directory contact straight into a room, see the live roster, mute or remove any participant with one click.

Every module, live on your data — not a slide deck.

Built like operations software should be.

Live operations

  • Real-time call tiles from ring to hangup, inbound and outbound
  • Drag-and-drop cold transfer; warm (consult) transfer support
  • Company-wide hold visibility — held calls stay on the board, retrievable by their owner
  • Live agent presence: contact-center login/logout, on-call status, duty state

Visibility & history

  • Complete raw event capture — 90-day retention standard
  • Minute-resolution coverage history, replayable over time
  • Full call-journey reconstruction across every leg, transfer, and queue hop
  • CRM screen-pop on inbound calls — adapters available for SuiteCRM and QuickBase, others on request

Platform

  • 100% browser-based — nothing to install, works on any device
  • Connected through official APIs and webhooks
  • Role-based admin accounts
  • Automatic directory, department, and contact-center sync
  • HTTPS everywhere with automatically renewed certificates

Your own instance. Nobody else's data. Ever.

ddash is not a shared multi-tenant cloud app. Every customer gets a fully dedicated deployment:

  • A dedicated cloud server, exclusively yours
  • Dedicated databases — your call data never shares a table, a disk, or a database with any other company
  • Your own platform API credentials, held only on your instance
  • Your own URL (yourcompany.ddash.tech) with a dedicated TLS certificate
  • Deep per-customer customization — your CRM, your branding, your workflows — without side effects on anyone else

This is the isolation model enterprises pay a premium for. It's simply how ddash is built.

Beyond telephony

The same connection layer that commands your calls extends to your CRM, your ERP, and the systems everyone said couldn't be integrated.

Platform-agnostic by design.

ddash connects through official APIs and webhooks — no changes to your routing, nothing installed on agent machines, no risk to the platform your business runs on. Dialpad is in production today; the architecture is platform-agnostic, and more platforms are on the roadmap.
